Great California Adventure

So we took 6 days off before school started and went on an epic road trip in the Big White Truck (BWT). From LA, we went to Yosemite, Lake Tahoe, Sacramento, 'Frisco, Monterey, Carmel, and back down. We encountered angry parking lot drivers, a bear trying to get into our campsite neighbor's truck, a duck hunter, the Capitol, an old Irish bartender, smoking brakes, beautiful vistas, and the place Jen and I want to retire.

The following slideshow is long, and best viewed full screen (click here and click the slideshow button). I put captions on the pics so it's like I just got back from Eckerds with freshly developed pictures and am sitting next to you while we flip through them.

That made me laugh my butt off!!

P.S. I don't think anyone knows what Eckerd's is.

First off, since half my family is from Texas, I know what Eckerd's is, and I know that CVS bought all the Texas stores.
Second off, Jen's bike is amazing. Laur and I just bought awesome retro bikes. We'll totally post some pictures of them, and the Zach will be the only loser riding a real bike. Like he's all hard core and California-like. Ridiculous.

Also, my wife's name is actually Laura, not Laur. Obviously I need to stay in school for much, much longer.

Oh, I thought Laur was her nickname, Jos.
