I go to the doctor every week now and Daxton will be here before we know it. I think he's coming early. Don't ask me how I know - I just do! :) Or....it's just wishful thinking. I'll spare you the details, but I am progressing and Daxton is in position - ready to go! And we're ready too. We have the car seat and the birthing ball in the car, my bag is almost completely packed, and we are just waiting for our little man to arrive.
We have been trying to make the most of the time we have left as "just the two of us." We went to the beach in Ocean City, MD. It was little longer of a drive than we are use to. It took us 5 hours to get there and 3 1/2 to get back. We were sooo spoiled with our 10min drive to Malibu when we lived in California. We did all that driving in one day - a little miserable for me, but totally worth seeing the look on his face when he got to the ocean:
We also experienced "Virginia's Largest County Fair!" For anyone that knows Zach and I well, they know we can't pass up a good fair experience. We love ourselves a good corny dog and loads of people watching. We didn't take a picture of ourselves, but here we are ready to go to the LA County Fair two years ago:

We didn't dress up this time, but we did find this little gem in the display of crafts. I thought it was a little glimpse of my near future:
